摘要
在由学年制向学年学分制乃至学分制的转变中,地方本科院校的教学管理运行机制必然发生根本变化,呈现由相对固定、僵化、趋同向灵活、自由、开放过渡。顺应这种变革,院校的教学改革必须紧紧符合时代和社会发展要求,在人才培养模式、制度建设、学科专业调整、课程设置等方面予以动态体现,这关系到院校的长远发展。本文针对学分制管理特点,结合所在学校近几年来实施动态化教学改革的实践,对诸类院校如何开展实质性教学改革提出探索性思路和对策。
During the course of transferring academic-year system to credit system,the teaching management and operating mechanism of local undergraduated universities and colleges must take fundermental changes in adapting the requirements and demands of social development and dynamicly embodying in various of aspects such as talents′ cultivative model,construction of teaching management methods,readjustment of disciplines and subjects,curriculum formation,etc.Based on the practice of dynamic teaching reform in Chaohu University,the paper aims at giving some suggestions and taking effective precautions on how to carry out the teaching reform for our local universities and colleges.
