摘要
2008年大庆石化公司化工一厂动力车间二套脱盐水装置由固定床工艺改为浮动床工艺,改造后经济效益显著。本文对改造前装置的缺陷进行了分析,对浮动床工艺原理和改造后装置的特点以及改造后的经济效益进行了论述,对其它使用固定床工艺的单位具有一定借鉴和指导意义。
The process of the two sets of deionized water units was changed from fixed bed to floating bed in the power workshop of No.1 chemical plant in 2008.Significant economic benefits have been attained after the transformation.The defects of the unit before the transformation are analyzed,and the process principles of the floating bed,the features of the unit and the economic benefits after transformation are discussed.It provides a reference and guiding significance to other unit using fixed bed process.
