摘要
利用热重法和液态物质挥发原理研究棕榈油生物柴油和-10号柴油的挥发性。研究结果表明:随着升温速率的增加,棕榈油生物柴油的挥发向高温区偏移。棕榈油生物柴油的挥发份初析温度为175.7℃,比-10号柴油高87.2℃;但棕榈油生物柴油挥发份的析出比-10号柴油剧烈和集中,其最大析出速率和半峰宽分别比-10号柴油大1.65mg/min和窄68.9℃。
The thermogravimetry(TG) has been employed to get information on the volatility of the biodiesel since the volatility influences the ignition quality of the fuels in a compression ignition engine.The volatility of palm biodiesel(PME) and-10 petrodiesel(-10PD) is studied by TG and liquid volatile theory.The study results show the volatilization of PME shifted to high temperature zone with the increasing of heating rate.The volatile primary temperature of PME is 175.7℃,which is higher than that of-10PD,88.5℃.However,the volatilization of PME was stronger and quicker than that of-10PD.The maximum volatilization rate of PME was 1.65mg/min higher than-10PD,and the full width at half maximum of PME was 68.9℃ narrower than-10PD.
