摘要
介绍了镇海炼化100kt/a硫磺回收装置的工艺特点以及CT6-5B在该装置的工业应用情况,并将国产尾气加氢催化剂CT6-5B与该硫磺回收装置曾使用的某进口尾气加氢催化剂的主要物化特性、标定数据、长周期运行工况等进行了对比分析。研究数据表明,CT6-5B有较好的尾气加氢效果和抗干扰性,总体工业应用情况较好。
The process features of 100kt/a sulfur recovery unit in Zhenhai Refinery and industrial application of CT6-5B on the unit are introduced in this article.The main physical and chemical properties,calibration data and long-period operation conditions of the domestic tail gas hydrogenation catalyst,CT6-5B and an imported hydrogenation catalyst which had been used in sulfur recovery unit of Zhenhai Refinery are compared and analyzed.The data shows that the tail gas hydrogenation effects and immunity of CT6-5B are better and generally,the industrial application is good.
