高含硫气井井喷事故模拟与分析 被引量:12

摘要 针对在有较多人员存在的山地丘陵地区可能发生的含硫天然气井喷事故,在收集和整理相关资料的基础上,利用Fluent软件确定数值模拟的初始条件、边界条件等,并对井喷事故中的硫化氢扩散进行数值模拟。通过对模拟结果的分析得出有风条件下硫化氢扩散等浓度曲线和扩散范围。结果表明,由于硫化氢密度和空气密度比较接近,硫化氢容易沿风向扩散,在扩散的初始时期重力沉降效应并不明显,高空也有可能有较高浓度的硫化氢存在,并且扩散时容易沿风的方向呈现带状分布;低矮山地丘陵的障碍物并不能影响硫化氢的总体扩散趋势,但硫化氢可能会在障碍物的背风侧聚集。模拟结果可为含硫天然气井喷事故处理和救援工作提供技术支持。 The initial and boundary conditions for numerical simulation of gas blowout with H2S were determined by Fluent software on the basis of investigations of relevant information of the well field in the hilly areas where there are many people.And the numerical simulation of H2S diffusion in blowout accident was made.After this,the concentration curve and spread range of H2S under the condition of wind were obtained from results of the simulation.The following conclusions were got through the analysis of simulation results.First,the diffusion of H2S is largely affected by wind and less affected by gravity because of the similar density of the air,so a higher concentration of H2S may exist at higher altitude in the initial stage.Secondly,zonal distribution is likely to be shown due to the influence by wind in the diffusion process of H2S,so people should escape along both sides of the wind when the gas blowout occurs.Thirdly,H2S may gather on the leeward side of the obstructions which do not affect the overall diffusion trend of H2S,but it has been proved that the leeward side of the obstacle is not safe.According to the simulation results,it will provide supports for early warning and rescue work of the sour gas blowout accident.
