摘要 针对某型无人机维修教学和训练的实际困难,充分运用SolidWorks软件和第三方训练系统联合构建无人机虚拟场景,提出并开发了一套基于虚拟建模的无人机维修培训系统.经测试,基于无人机虚拟建模的维修训练仿真动画可以向受训者展示无人机结构和原理演示、安装拆卸、维修训练等仿真功能,实现了无人机维修的可重复性、无风险,不受气候条件和场地空间限制的特点,满足了部队操作、维修训练和院校教学的需要. Aimed at the problems of a certain type of unmanned aircraft vehicle(UAV) maintenance teaching andtrainingsystem,thispaperproposes anddevelopsasetofUAVmaintenancetrainingsystemwithvirtualmodeling in terms of fully using SolidWorks and the third-part training system to unitedly construct the UAV scene.By testing,it is shown that the animation of UAV maintenance training with virtual modeling can demonstrate the UAV’s principles and structure,assembly and disassembly as well as its maintenance and training and other simulation functions,realizing the repeatability,risk-free,no restriction to the weather and field conditions,and meeting the demand of units’operating,maintenance and training,as well as the teaching teaching in military academies.
