摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)发病机制复杂,现有药物大多以缓解病情为主要治疗目的 ,尚未有能彻底治愈的有效药物。本文综述目前常用的AD治疗药物和具有前景的新型治疗药物,以期能够对AD的药物治疗提供参考。
The pathogenesy of Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） is complex and unclear. The drug therapy for AD currently is principally to improve the symptoms. This review describes the common and new drugs for AD to provide some references for AD drug therapy in clinic.
