摘要 为了解决顾北矿1312(1)综采面厚层复合富水顶板条件下巷道锚杆支护难题,根据煤巷锚杆支护围岩控制机理,锚杆支护巷道的围岩强度强化理论,高预应力、高强及超高强锚杆与锚索支护技术,提出了厚层复合富水巷道锚杆支护方案。工程实践表明,顶板和两帮采用2.5 m长高预应力、高强锚杆,顶板采用6.2 m锚索配合槽钢组成锚索梁结构支护,充分调动深部围岩承载能力,主动控制巷道围岩并形成稳定的承载结构,缩小了围岩塑性流动区的范围,达到了预期的支护效果。 In order to solve the problem in thick compound and rich water roof at 1312(1) fully mechanized coal face of Gubei coal mine,according to the control mechanism of coal roadway bolting suppot,surrouding rock strength theory of coal roadway bolting support,the bolt and anchor support technology of high prestressed,high strength and ultra-high strength,puts forward a bolting support scheme of coal roadway of thick compound rich water roof.Engineering practice shows,use of the 2.5 m high prestress and high strength bolt in roof and coal sides,using 6.2 m roof anchor combined with channel steel composed a anchor beam supporting structure,and fully mobilize the deep rock carrying capacity,actively control roadway surrounding rock and form a stable bearing structure,reduces the range of plastic flow zone,achieves the expected support effect.
