摘要
介绍了某电厂40 t/h循环流化床锅炉运行出力不足的现状,对实际运行中主副床物料循环不好、悬浮段温差大、燃料颗粒粗细配比不合适等引起锅炉出力不足的原因进行了分析,并通过对相关的烟风系统、破碎筛分系统进行改造,提出了解决问题的办法。
Introduces the situation of low output capacity of 40 t/h CFB boiler in an electric power plant,analyses the cause such as bad material circulation,high difference in temperature in suspension section,inapposite particle ratio and so on,moreover,retrofits the air-flue gas system and crushing-screening system,puts forward a solution.
