摘要
针对各类火灾尤其是煤矿火灾的特点,提出一种新型复合胶体防灭火材料。以有机高分子材料和无机物复配成的复合胶体,通过温度对其吸换热性能影响实验、阻化性实验等测试,验证此复合胶体材料在防灭火性能方面的优越性。复合胶体防灭火材料具有良好的吸热性能和保水性能,在灭火实验过程中产生的水蒸气较少,说明其有利于在防灭火时保持火场能见度。复合胶体有很好的阻化性,优于氯化镁阻化剂。
According to the characteristics of the various types of fire,especially coal fires,a new type of compound colloid extinguishing material was proposed.The compound colloidal is made from organic polymer and inorganic materials.Through a serious of fire experimental tests,such as the influence to the absorption of heat by temperature,blocking resistance tests,etc,the superior performance of anti-fire properties of this compound colloid material was verified.The composite colloid extinguishing material has good water retention properties and heat-absorbing performance,release less water vapor during the fire fighting experiment,which means it can do better to remain the visibility.Composite colloidal has better oxidation resistance property than magnesium chloride inhibitor.
