柔性复合材料薄膜结构双向拉伸实验研究

摘要 柔性复合材料薄膜层合结构为新设计的薄膜材料,采用多层纤维薄膜和树脂叠合压制而成。根据薄膜的工作受载特点,以及对此结构力学响应分析的需要,针对205μm的不含铜薄膜、280μm的不含铜薄膜、220μm的含铜薄膜、305μm的含铜薄膜等四类不同纤维树脂薄膜进行了纵横向等速的双向拉伸试验,确定该类薄膜在弹性阶段的平均弹性模量,并相互进行比较,实验方法和分析结果可为同类材料的实验和分析提供参考和借鉴。 The multilayered flexible composite membranes formed from resin and fibres are the new designed film materials.According to the working loaded characteristics of the materials and the need of mechanical response anlysis,four types of the different thikness membranes are experimented.They are 205μm(not including Copper film),280μm(not including Copper film),220μm(including Copper film) and 305μm(including Copper film),respectively.The average modulus of elasticity of this four type materials is given using the biaxially loaded experiment.The experimental method and results can be also applied to the similar materials.
