变胶结厚度下胶结颗粒微观模型的初步研究 被引量:8

摘要 粒间胶结厚度对胶结作用有一定的影响,在已有研究基础上针对不同胶结厚度,设计加工了适用于设定胶结厚度的胶样成型装置及复杂应力辅助加载装置,制备了胶结厚度为1.5mm的铝棒60对,经一定时间的养护后,对其进行了一系列拉伸压缩剪切等力学加载试验,并将试验结果与蒋明镜等人[8]的无胶结厚度及胶结厚度为0.6mm的相应试验结果进行对比分析,得出不同胶结厚度对铝棒间胶结物力学特性的影响。结果表明:随着胶结厚度的增加,抗拉强度增大,抗压强度减小,抗剪强度也减小。 Bond thickness between particles plays an important role in bond effect to a certain extent.Based on previous research,to understand the effect of different bond thickness on mechanical properties,the apparatus for specimen preparation and test were developed,and sixty pairs of rods with band thickness of 1.5mm were manufactured.After a certain curing time,a set of mechanical tests including tension,compression and shear tests were performed.The effect of different bond thickness on mechanical properties between rods was obtained and compared with the experimental results with no bond and bond thickness 0.6 mm of Jiang et al[8].The results show that the tensile strength increases as bond thickness increases,whereas the strength of compression and shear decreases.
