摘要 上海莲花河畔景苑7#住宅楼的倒塌,引起了社会各界的关注。事故发生后,市抢险指挥部和闵行区政府分别指定上海现代设计集团华东建筑设计研究院有限公司和上海建工集团第七建筑有限公司承担后续工程的设计和施工。后续地下车库基坑周边紧邻多幢住宅楼,原车库基坑的围护结构因开挖深度增加和变形控制要求的提高无法利用,成为后续基坑工程实施的障碍物,另外工程工期紧迫,这些因素成为后续基坑工程设计和施工的难点。综合现场环境、工期和施工等条件,最终确定采用型钢水泥土搅拌墙结合一道钢支撑的板式支护结构方案。基坑实施监测表明,采用的支护方案为现场施工的开展和加快工期创造了良好的条件,确保了周边住宅楼的安全,为后续工程的顺利开展创造了良好的条件。 The collapse of the 7# building in Shanghai Lotus River Garden has caused concerns of the community.After the accident,East China Architectural Design Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design Group and Shanghai No.7 Construction Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai Construction Group are designated by City Rescue Headquarters and Minhang District Government as the design and construction unit respectively to undertake the follow-up constructions.The follow-up excavation of the underground garage is very close to residential buildings,the retaining structures of former excavation of the underground garage can not be reused because of the increase in the excavation depth and in deformation control requirements,and become obstacles in the implementation of the follow-up excavation,also the construction period is very urgent,these factors increase the difficulty of the design and construction of the follow-up excavation.Based on the conditions of the field environment,construction period and implementation,the excavation supporting scheme of SMW method with a steel strut system is finally adopted.The implementations and measurements of the excavation show that the adopted supporting scheme created good field construction conditions,shortened the construction period,ensured the safety of surrounding residential buildings,and created good conditions for the smooth implementations of the follow-up engineering.
