摘要
上海某历史建筑物紧邻深基坑工程,通过对历史建筑采取有效的保护措施,包括采用了新型组合桩对老建筑进行全面的基础托换加固、邻近深基坑工程采用与主体地下结构相结合的支护方案,并对历史建筑沉降整个工程施工全过程的监测,结果表明周边历史建筑的沉降,在基坑开挖阶段得到了有效的控制。监测结果也表明地下墙施工阶段引起的沉降量也是不容忽视的。对于紧邻深基坑的历史建筑的保护措施和监测的成功经验可为类似工程提供有益的参考。
Based on the complex environment protection requirement to conserved historical buildings adjacent to deep excavations,the reasonable measures supporting structure are selected,the effective protection measures to conserved historical buildings include adopting the new type of composite piles for underpinning the whole foundation under existing building,the support for deep excavation is combined with the underground structure of the building.The horizontal displacement of supporting structure and the settlement of the conserved historical buildings are monitored during the full constrction.The monitoring results show that the protection measures and the reasonable supporting structure control the settlement of surrounding buildings very well.Experiences in this project can be referred by similar projects.
