载脂蛋白M的组织定位及其生物学意义的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 载脂蛋白M（ApoM）是1999年由瑞典隆德大学的Xu和Dahlback[1]发现并从乳糜微粒中分离、克隆出来的一种新型的载脂蛋白。正如此前命名载脂蛋白L（apolipoprotein L,ApoL）一样,将其命名为ApoM。其相对分子量为26×10^3。根据序列检索结果分析，ApoM属于Lipocalin蛋白超家族成员[23。ApoM主要存在于高密度脂蛋白，同时也是富三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白的组成部分。
