成人急性腹痛的评估
摘要
据统计，腹痛症状可以出现在1．5％的门诊患者和5％的急症患者中。其中，大约10％的急症患者和少量的门诊患者病情严重，甚至可能危及生命，还有一部分需要紧急手术处理。因此，针对急性腹痛的诊断和评估至关重要，需要建立一整套从病史体检到实验室和影像学检查的方法。
