主动脉内球囊反搏用于急性心肌梗死并发肺水肿、心源性休克1例的观察及护理 被引量:2

摘要 主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)是机械辅助循环方法之一,系通过动脉系统植入一根带气囊的导管到降主动脉内左锁骨下动脉开口远端,在舒张期气囊充气,在心脏收缩前气囊排气,起到辅助心脏的作用。冠心病是目前常见多发的心血管疾病,主要病理改变为冠状动脉不同程度狭窄、心肌缺血、心肌氧供与氧需二者失去平衡,IABP能有效地增加心肌血供和减少耗氧量,使冠心病患者受益最大。
