摘要
从国内外的研究现状以及当前我国冷链物流业存在的问题等方面来说明开展冷链物流服务质量评价指标体系研究的必要性。
The paper expalins the necessity of establishing the evaluation index system for the cold chain logistics service quality of China from the current situation of research at home and abroad as well as the exsiting problems in the cold chain logistics.
