摘要
以总成本最低为目标,以机场起降综合容量限制为约束条件,建立单机场地面等待策略模型,提出了基于航班优先级的求解算法,并应用模型对首都机场航班时刻表进行了优化,解决了航班延误问题。
With the minimum total cost as the target and the integrated capacity for arrival and departure of the airport as the constraint,the paper builds a single airport ground-holding strategy model and puts forward a solution algorithm based on flight priority.During an empirical study on the application of the model,the flight schedule of Capital Airport is optimized and the problem of flight delay is solved.
