结合油气矿区生产经营特点,分析了矿区供应链价值增值路径;在成本动因分析的基础上,构建了油气矿区供应链分析模型,将成本发生与价值创造紧密结合,以期为供应链价值提升和流程优化创造条件。

According to the production and management features of the oil and gas mining regions,the paper explains the path of supply chain value addition of the regions and builds the analytic model on the basis of an analysis of the cost drivers,which connects closely the value created and the cost incurred to provide the condition for supply chain value appreciation and process optimization.
