从铸造企业实施逆向物流的动因入手,结合某铸造企业逆向物流体系设计框架,分析了铸造企业逆向物流体系设计流程和逆向物流运作过程中应该关注的问题。
The paper first investigates the motivations for foundry enterprises to implement reverse logistics and in connection with the framework of reverse logistics system of a certain foundry enterprise,analyzes the design process and issues worth attention therein.
