摘要
文中探讨了输油气管道破断后的非焊接抢修技术。非焊接抢修是临时性的抢修方案,如果管道运输繁忙,停输将会造成重大经济损失,建议采用非焊接抢修方式。非焊接抢修主要采用各种快速接头及快装管道进行,实际抢修时应根据管道的工作压力选用合适的管接头。
Non-welding technique of emergency repair on broken oil gas pipeline is discussed in this paper.For broken pipeline emergency repair,the non-welding way is temporary.If the pipeline is busy and its stop would cause big economy loss or affect people＇s life,then the non-welding way should be recommended.The non-welding emergency repair should select right pipe-joint according to the pipeline working pressure,and the pipeline with two pipe-joints has seen better use of rapid-deployment pipes.
