注射疗法配合康复手段治疗反复发作性膝关节骨性关节炎

Combined injection therapy with rehabilitation measures for treatment of recurrent knee steoarthritis

目的:探讨注射疗法配合康复手段治疗反复发作性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2007年8月～2009年5月收治的反复发作性膝关节骨性关节炎患者31例(33膝),采用关节周围痛点阻滞加关节内注射透明质酸钠,同时配合理学疗法及运动疗法。结果:1个疗程后观察疗效,临床治愈20膝,显效7膝,有效4膝,无效2膝,总有效率为93.9%。结论:注射疗法配合康复手段治疗反复发作性膝关节骨性关节炎易于操作,远期效果满意。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of combination injection therapy with rehabilitation measures for treatment of recurrent knee osteoarthritis.Methods：31 cases（33 knees） of recurrent knee osteoarthritis hospitalized between Aug 2007 and May 2009 were chosen,and treated with the combination pain point block around joint and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate together with exercise therapy and physical therapy.Results：Clinical effects were observed after one course.20 knees cured,7 knees for marked effect,4 knees valid,and 2 knees invalid,the total respond rate reaching 93.9%.Conclusion：combination injection therapy with rehabilitation measures for treatment of recurrent knee osteoarthritis is easy to operate and has long-term satisfying effect.
