2010年公安县斗湖堤城区学龄前儿童营养及健康状况调查分析

The analysis about the nutrition and the state of healthy of preschool children in Douhudi of Gong′an county in 2010

目的:了解学龄前儿童的营养及健康状况,为制定相关干预措施提供依据。方法:2010年4～6月对公安县斗湖堤城区15所托幼机构4 450例学龄前儿童进行健康检查及实验室检查,对托幼机构的保健员配备、疾病防治情况、卫生保健设施及制度进行统计分析。结果:2010年斗湖堤城区学龄前儿童低体重、发育迟缓、消瘦的检出率分别为2.86%、1.95%、1.23%,肥胖儿童的检出率为2.33%,龋齿、贫血检出率分别为35.3%、7.61%,公办与私立幼儿园之间在低体重、发育迟缓、消瘦、龋齿、贫血等方面的检出率存在差异,各年龄组儿童肥胖、贫血、龋齿检出率差异有统计学意义。结论:公安县斗湖堤城区学龄前儿童营养及健康状况不甚理想,私立幼儿园中的儿童营养及健康状况较公办幼儿园存在显著差距,因此,需切实采取措施,对不同性质托幼机构加强监管及膳食指导,加强本地区科学喂养知识宣传,改变家长在喂养方面的不良习惯。

Objective：To understand the nutrition and the state of health of preschool children in Douhudi of Gong′an County,provide a scientific basis for improving the level of health service,and formulate measures about the intervention.Methods：4 450 children in 15 kindergartens and nurseries in Douhudi of Gong′an County were detected to survey the preschool children.Results：Detection rate of the overall incidence of underweight was 2.86%,growth retardation was 1.95%,emaciated was 1.23%,overweight was 2.33%.Detection rate of dental caries and hypohemia were 35.3% and 7.61%.There were significant differences in health status of preschool children between public and private kindergartens and nurseries.There were significant differences in the detection rates of dental caries,hypohemia and overweight between different age level.Conclusion：The nutrition and the state of health of preschool children in Douhudi of Gong′an County is not in very good level,especially,there is still a lot of problems in private running kindergartens and nurseries.The health services organizations still have a lot of work to do to improve manage level of kindergartens and nurseries and the health knowledge of the parents.The information of this survey provides important guidance for improving the working quality of children health care in the area like Douhudi.
