摘要
采用超滤工艺处理水厂生产废水,考察了浊度、过滤时间及不同分子量有机物对膜污染形成的影响。结果表明,生产废水浊度越高,膜总阻力、滤饼层阻力和浓差极化阻力越大,滤饼层阻力和浓差极化阻力占总阻力的比重也越高;过滤时间的延长会导致膜总阻力和滤饼层阻力明显增加,过滤时间由15 min延长至30 min时,滤饼层阻力由0.037×10-6/m增加到1.37×10-6/m;超滤对小分子量有机物有较好的去除效果,而小分子量有机物是造成膜污染的主要原因。
Uhrafiltration was adopted for the treatment of wastewater in waterworks, and the influence of turbidity, filtration time and organics of various molecular weights on the contamination formation of membrane was investigated. The result indicated that the higher the turbidity of the production wastewater was, the bigger the total resistance of membrane, filter cake layer resistance and concentration polarization resistanee were, the higher proportion of resistance of filter cake layer and concentration polarization would take in total resistance. Prolonging of filtration time could result in obvious increase of resistance of membrane and filter cake layer, the resistance of filter cake layer was increased from 0. 037 × 10 -6/m to 1.37× 10 -6/m when filtration time prolonged from 15 min to 30 min. Uhrafiltration had satisfied efficiency for the removal of organics of small molecular weight, whereas organics of small molecular weight was the main reason of membrane contamination.
