摘要
阐述了国有大型企业机关薪酬制度的现状,分析了影响机关职员薪酬分配公平性的关键因素,提出了具有操作性的完善薪酬激励机制的3项措施:开展岗位分类工作以公平反映岗间差异,开展薪酬调查以确定合理的薪酬标准,推行绩效考核和岗效工资制以发挥薪酬的激励作用。
The paper introduces the current situation of the compensation system in large state-owned enterprises and organs,and analyzes the key factors influencing the fairness of salary allocation of employees.The author of this paper also proposes three operational measures that will help to improve the salaries incentive mechanism,including applying position classification to fairly inflect the difference,conducting salary investigation to determine a reasonable standard,and applying performance assessment and position-profit wage system to exert the incentive function of salaries.
