坚硬厚煤层综采放顶煤工艺巷预裂爆破开采技术

Pre-split blasting mining techniques of full-mechanized caving mining technology roadway in hard thick seam

川宏煤矿6-2煤层为坚硬厚煤层,该煤矿6201工作面采用放顶煤开采时,遇到顶煤不易冒落、资源回收率低等问题。为解决这些问题,采用施工工艺巷、深孔预裂弱化爆破的方法将顶煤抗破坏强度预先降低。实践结果表明,采用该方法后坚硬厚煤层顶煤难冒落问题得到了有效改善。

Chuan Hong coal mine＇s 6-2# coal seam is hard thick coal seam,the mine face 6201 using caving encountered the difficulties of top coal caving and the issues of low resource recovery.To solve these issues,the construction technology roadway and deep pre-split blasting method were used to weak the top coal in advance and to reduce anti-breaking strength.Practical results show the issues of top coal caving difficulties have been effectively improved.
