元堡煤矿1901综放面初采期采空区一氧化碳超限原因分析及防火措施 被引量:10

Analysis on CO over limit in goaf of No.1901 fully mechanized caving face during initial mining period in Yuanbao Coal Mine and its fire prevention measures

摘要 分析了元堡煤矿初采期采空区CO超限原因,并提出了降低采空区漏风风量、注氮气稀释采空区O2浓度、加快回采等措施。通过多种措施的实施与效果分析,结果表明:通过降低采空区漏风风量的措施能够起到一定的防火作用,但效果不好,鉴于元堡煤矿推进速度难以再提高的现状,采用注氮防火是有效的。 The causes for CO over limit in the goaf during the initial mining period in Yuanbao coal mine were analyzed and the corresponding measures were proposed to decrease air-leakage in the goaf,dilute the O2 concentration in the goaf and speed up mining.The results showed that the only measure of decreasing air-leakage in the goaf could prevent the fire to a certain extent,but the effect was not satisfied.In view of no possibility of speeding up mining in Yuanbao coal mine,the nitrogen injection was effective for the fire prevention and extinguishment.
