移动互联网和物联网的迅速发展,极大地促进了社会发展、经济繁荣和人民生活水平的提高。通信网的基础性、社会性、全局性地位日益凸显。当前,互联网已经渗透到金融、商贸、交通及通信等各个领域,整个国家的民用和军用基础设施都愈加依赖互联网,网络已经成为政治、经济、文化和军事活动的中心。在"2008俄格战争"、"2009伊朗大选"等国际事件中,网络战、信息战的全面运用,充分说明了信息安全已经上升到国家高度,直接关系到国家安全。面对严峻的信息安全形势,我们必须在思想上高度重视,努力加强信息安全体系建设,强化落实各项工作,切实提高信息安全整体水平。

The rapid development of mobile Internet and the Internet of things greatly promoted the social development,economic prosperity,and people＇s lives,and the basic,social,and overall status of communication network is increasingly prominent.Currently,the Internet has penetrated into the financial,trade,transportation,communications and other fields.The whole country＇s civilian and military infrastructures are increasingly dependent on the Internet,and the network has become the center of political,economic,cultural,and military activities.The utilization of networks war and information war in the international events such as the ＂2008 war between Russian and Georgia＂ and ＂2009 Iranian presidential election＂ fully illustrated that information security has been risen to the national level and that it is directly related to national security.In the face of the serious situation of information security,we must take seriously and highly in the thought,strengthen the construction of information security system,intensify the implementation of all parts of the work,and effectively improve the overall level of information security.
