摘要
本文介绍了SY-Ⅲ型高刚度轧机的设计思想及其结构特点,并运用有限元计算方法对轧机的强度和刚度进行了较全面的分析,它具有结构简单、重量轻、刚高、投资省等特点,适用于老式复二重轧机的改造,也可用于连轧精轧机组。
The design concepts and construction of SY-E bar mill is introduced. The strength and ligi-dity of mill are fully analysed with finite elements method. It is featured a simple constractior, high rigidity, light weight and low cost, and can be used either in reforming existing old double two high mills or as the finishing stand in tandem mills.
