摘要 铜锌硫化矿浮选分离一直是选矿界的难题。针对铜锌混合精矿嵌布粒度微细、残留药量大、次生铜离子活化闪锌矿的特点进行了浮选试验研究。试验研究结果表明,活性炭和硫化钠配合脱药效果显著,捕收剂乙硫氮具有更好的捕收性和选择性,新型抑制剂FS与硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠组合使用能有效抑制闪锌矿。在铜锌混合精矿中铜品位7.88%、锌品位22.45%的条件下,经过一次粗选获得精矿铜品位为16.85%,回收率为62.50%,精矿中锌互含降到了7.53%。 Flotation separation of copper-zinc sulphide ores has been a difficult problem in the mineral processing field.In light of the fact that mixed concentrate of copper-zinc has the characteristics of fine dissemination size,high reagent residue and sphalerite being activated by copper cation,the flotation experiment was carried out.The experimental results showed that activated carbon and sodium sulfide were used to dereagent achieved perfect result,diethyldithiocarbamate has more strong collecting and selecting as collector,the combined use of the new type restrainer FS,zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite can depress sphalerite effectively.After one stage of roughing,copper concentrate with grade of 16.85% and recovery 62.50% were obtained when the mixed concentrate of copper-zinc with grade of 7.88% copper and 22.45% zinc,the content of zinc in the copper concentrate was decreased to 7.53%.
