摘要
在高碱条件下,利用循环伏安法对闪锌矿的电化学机理进行研究。结果表明:高碱条件下,闪锌矿表面元素S均被氧化为SO42-,有利于优先浮选方铅矿时,实现闪锌矿的自身氧化抑制,降低抑制剂的用量,从而达到抑锌浮铅的效果。同时,在矿浆pH值为11.0、电位小于0.2V的情况下,Cu-SO4对闪锌矿的浮选存在活化作用,合适的用量在(2×10-4)mol.dm-3左右。铅锌铁复杂硫化矿的电位调控浮选技术,已经在会理锌矿得到了成功的应用。
The electrochemical mechanism of sphalerite,particularly in strong alkaline media,was studied by cyclic voltammetry.It was shown that the element S can be oxidated to SO42-on sphalerite in strong alkaline media,which was helpful to bring about self-oxidation inhibitation for sphalerite and reduce the dosage of inhibitors for priority galena flotation,which could attain the effects of restrain zinc while floating lead.Meanwhile,the sphalerite which was activated by CuSO4 can be flotated in KBX solution at pH=11.0(Eh0.2V),and the suitable dosage of CuSO4 was about 2×10-4mol·dm-3.This technology has been applied successfully in potential-control flotation of complex lead-zinc-iron sulfide mines in Huili.
