摘要
包钢白云矿浆管线工程是国内第三条铁精矿矿浆管线,也是目前国内管径最大、输送能力最强、单极泵站输送距离最远的浆体管线,年输送550万t铁精矿和2000万t的水。目前,已经建成投入运行,管线位于内蒙古高原的严寒冻土地带,建设期间解决了诸多施工技术问题。
As the third iron concentrate slurry pipeline interiorly,the largest ore slurry pipeline system and include the longest water pipeline with one pump station in China,Bayan Obo slurry pipeline engineering of Baotou has been operated.It can transport 5.5 million tons of iron concentrate and 20 million m3 water per year.In order to overcome freezing temperatures and rugged terrain,many technical problems have been resolved in the period of construction.
