技术中介在技术转移系统中的影响机理实证研究

Empirical Study on Function Mechanism of the Technology Intermediary in the Technology Transfer System

基于系统论,技术转移系统中包含要素有授受双方、所转移技术、授受双方关系和技术中介等方面.通过分析技术中介对其他要素的作用,构建了技术中介在技术转移系统中的影响机理概念模型,并通过实证研究验证技术中介的作用,即转移意愿激发、转移能力弥补、获取意愿激发、吸收能力弥补、技术熟化、技术可转移性增强、沟通支持.实证结果也表明,目前我国技术中介在授受双方的转移能力弥补和技术熟化方面的作用不足.

The technology transfer system comprises five factors, namely technology source, technology recipient, tech- nology to be transferred, the relationship of the technology source and recipient and technology intermediary according to the system theory. It proposes a conceptual model of technology intermediary＇s function mechanism in technology transfer system after analyzing technology intermediary＇s functions on other factors of the technology transfer system. It tests the technology intermediary＇s functions, such as stimulating the will of the sources＇ technology-transfer, enhancing their transfer ability, stimulating the will of recipients＇ technology-acceptance and improving their ability to absorb the knowledge, raising the maturation level of the technology and strengthening its transferability and communication support. The result shows that there is a deficiency of technology intermediary＇s function in enhancing technology sources＇ transfer ability, improving technology recipients＇ absorption ability and raising the maturation level of the technology.
