摘要
研究在ZSM-5分子筛/Fenton试剂共同存在下,对亚甲基蓝染料溶液的协同光催化降解行为;探讨了体系初始pH值、ZSM-5分子筛的投加量、H2O2溶液的投入量、FeSO4溶液的投入量和光照时间等因素对染料溶液处理效果的影响.结果表明,质量浓度为3 mL/L的H2O2溶液的投入量为1 mL,质量浓度为80 mg/L的FeSO4溶液的投入量为4.5 mL,ZSM-5分子筛的投加量为0.01 g,体系初始pH值为4,光照时间为20 min,在此操作条件下,对质量浓度为50 mg/L的亚甲基蓝染料溶液的脱色率可达到94.1%.
This paper studies the photocatalytic synergy degradation of methylene blue with zeolite/fenton reagent. It investigated the treatment effects of dye solution on the initial pH of system, the dosage of ZSM-5 zeolite, the dosage of H202 solution, the dosage of FeSO4 solution and the irradiation time The results showed that the decolorization rate of 50 mg/L methylene blue could reach 94.1% under the following conditions: the dosage of 3 mL/L H202 solution is 1 mL, the dosage of 80 mg/L FeSO4 solution is 4.5 mL, the dosage of ZSM-5 zeolite is 0.01 g, the initial pH values of system is 4, and the irradiation time is 20 min.
