基于宁德师范学院校园的防雷安全初探

Investigation on lightning protection on the campus of Ningde Normal University

雷电灾害是最严重的自然灾害之一,我国雷电灾害频发,对国民经济发展、社会和谐稳定,尤其对人民生命财产安全构成了严重威胁.近年来,随着教育事业的迅速发展,学校高层建筑物不断增多,信息技术的应用也日益普及,校园雷击事故时有发生.通过介绍雷电的形成、宁德的雷暴特征,结合宁德师范学院地理位置特点强调了校园防雷工作的重要性,以及雷电发生时的注意事项、发生雷击后的自救互救,可在一定程度上减少或避免雷击事故的发生.

Lightning hazard is one of the worst natural disasters. China＇s lightning hazard occurs frequently, which posed a serious threat to the national economic development, social harmony and stability, especially to people＇s lives and property. In recent years, with the rapid development of education, the number of high-rise buildings grows in schools. As the application of information technology becomes more widespread, lightning accidents have occurred on campus occasionally. This thesis firstly introduces the formation of lightning, thunderstorms characteristics in Ningde, and the geographical features of Ningde Normal University; then it stresses the importance of lightning protection on campus as well as the precautions when lightning occurs and about the self and mutual help after lightning in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of lightning strike to some extent.
