摘要
低碳铬钼钒铌钛硼(20CrlMolVNbTiB),是特殊钢种,主要用于工作温度约在565℃的汽轮机紧固件,锻后若冷却不当极易开裂,锻后须退火.因此,制定锻造和锻后热处理工艺极为重要.
The aluminum, 20CrlMolVNbTiB, is mainly used for the steam turbine fastener being operated about 565oC. It tends to dehisce if cooled inappropriately after forging. It must be anne',tied after forging. So, it is important to work out the forging process and heat treatment process after forging.
