关于区域金融生态环境建设的思考——以平凉为例

良好的金融生态环境是区域金融市场良性运行和"资金洼地"形成的基本条件,也是区域经济健康持续发展的基础。以甘肃省平凉市为例,其经济基础的相对薄弱、地方政府主导作用的发挥不充分、中介服务体系的缺乏以及信用环境缺陷严重制约了区域金融生态环境建设,需要加强地方政府在区域金融生态环境建设方面的领导核心作用,并采用有效措施推进社会中介服务体系和社会信用体系的建设。

A good financial ecological environment not only is the basic conditions of sound operation of the regional financial market and ＂capital lowland＂ to form, but also is the foundation of the regional economic sustainable development. Take the example of Pingliang in Gansu province, many negative factors such as the relatively weak economic foundation, the in- adequate leading role of local governments, lack of intermediary service system and defects in the credit environment have severely restricted the construction of regional financial ecological environment. Following the above analysis, it is necessary to strengthen the core leadership role of local government and take the effective measures to build the social intermediary services system and the social credit system.
