增韧母料ETMB对PE-HD/ETMB力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以2200J高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)为基体树脂,乙丙弹性体和丁苯弹性体为增韧剂,加入适量引发剂、阻交联剂等,通过特殊的技术和化学反应研制出不同系列聚乙烯增韧母料(ETMB),将ETMB与2200J PE-HD热机械共混制得PE-HD/ETMB共混物。研究了ETMB中弹性体不同配比、基体树脂和弹性体不同配比、不同阻交联剂、阻交联剂二甲基亚砜用量对共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明,ETMB中乙丙弹性体与丁苯弹性体配比为80/20、基体树脂与弹性体配比为56/44、采用二甲基亚砜阻交联剂且用量为0.024 mol时,PE-HD/ETMB共混物的综合力学性能最好。 Series of toughening polyethylene master batch (ETMB) were synthesized starting from 2200J PE-HD as matrix resin, ethylene-prnpylene elastomer and butadiene-styrene elastomer as toughening agents, adding appropriate initiator and anti- crosslinkers by using lots of special technique and chemical reactions. Kinds of PE-HD/ETMB blends was prepared by means of thermal mechanical blending of ETMB with 2200J PE-HD. The effects of the elastomer ratios of ETMB, the ratios of matrix resin to elasto- mer of ETMB, the types of anti - crosslinkers and different amount of anti-crosslinker (DMSO) in ETBM on mechanical properties of PE-HD/ETMB blends were investigated. The results showed that the general mechanical properties of PE-HD/ETMB blend was the most excellent when the ratio of ethylene-propylene elastomer to butadiene-styrene elastomer in ETMB was 80/20, the ratio of matrix resin to elastomer in ETMB was 56/44, DMSO was selected as anti-crosslinker and its doage was 0.024 mol.
