球头螺母成型工艺的改进及优化 被引量:6

摘要 用聚酰胺66(PA66)制作了球头螺母。为解决产品装配时出现的断裂纹和变软问题,对球头螺母注塑工艺提出一些改进要点,对材料干燥、色母料、模具、调湿、检测作出了相应调整。工艺改进及优化后,解决了产品裂纹和变软问题,稳定了产品质量,得到了用户的认同。 Ball head nuts were made of PA66. Ball head nuts appeared broken crack and became soft when they were assembled. In order to solve quality issue, some improvement points for injection molding were put forward in this paper. Corresponding adjustments of material drying, color masterbateh, mold, wet and some tests were made. And the molding process was introduced. After improvement and optimization, the cracks and becoming soft problems of products were solved, stable product quality and customer's identification were acquired.
