摘要
白介素-33(IL-33)是近年来新发现的IL-1家族的新成员,通过结合其受体ST2诱导Th2型细胞因子的产生。IL-33既可以调节Th2型免疫反应、刺激肥大细胞产生前炎性因子,又可以作为核因子调控基因转录。IL-33在血管性疾病、变态反应性疾病、自身免疫性疾病和炎症性疾病中均发挥重要作用。对IL-33功能及机制的研究将有助于进一步了解这些疾病的致病机制,为疾病治疗提供新的策略。
Interleukin-33(IL-33) is a newly found IL-1-like ligand for the ST2 receptor that stimulates the production of Th2-associated cytokines.IL-33 is not only involved in the regulation of Th2 immune response and stimulates mast cells to produce pro-inflammatory cytokines,but also as a nuclear factor inhibits transcription in the nucleus.IL-33 plays important roles in angionosis,allergic disorder,autoimmune disease and inflammatory diseases.The studies of IL-33 might help understand the mechanism of these diseases and present a new therapeutic approach.
