摘要
加拿大的第二语言浸入式教学模式是当今世界范围内外语教学成功的典范,我国高等院校的英语教学也试行了浸入式教学模式,然而在实际教学过程中却受到了一定因素的制约。论文回顾了"浸入式教学模式"的相关背景,并对这一概念进行了界定。论文还详细地分析了浸入式教学模式在我国大学英语教育中的局限性。通过分析,认为浸入式教学模式在高等院校中的推广和普及还需要国家教育部门、各个大学的研究者和从事外语教学的老师付出更多的努力。
The second language teaching mode-immersion in Canada which has become the most successful foreign language teaching method in the world has been introduced in the college English teaching in our country,but it has been restricted in practice by certain factors.This paper reviewed some background information on the 'immersion teaching mode' and the concept and classification of this mode were defined and introduced.A detailed analysis on the limitations of English immersion teaching mode in our colleges and universities was given.Based on this analysis,this paper argues that the promotion and popularization of immersion teaching mode in higher education should be realized by the hardworking of the national education departments,various university researchers and teachers of foreign language teaching.
