摘要 为了提高射频多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)的Q值,采用NPO瓷粉、钯银内电极浆料和银端电极浆料等为原材料制备MLCC。研究了设计和工艺对所制MLCC的固有寄生参数Rs和Ls的影响。结果表明:特殊的设计能减小内电极电阻和内外电极的接触电阻;合适的内电极厚度保证了烧结后内电极良好的连续性;合理的倒角和烧端工艺保证了内外电极的良好接触。这些设计和工艺有效降低了MLCC的Rs和Ls,从而提高了样品Q值和使用频率。 In order to improve Q value of RF multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC), NPO ceramic powder, Ag/Pd internal electrode paste and Ag termination paste were adopted to prepare MLCCs. The effects of design and process on inherent parasitic parameters of prepared MLCC such as Rs and Ls were studied. The results show that special design can reduce resistance of internal electrode and contact resistance between internal electrodes and termination electrodes. Proper thickness of internal electrode insures good continuity of internal electrode after sintering. Reasonable tumbling and term-firing process insure good contact between internal and termination electrodes. Such design and process effectively reduce Rs and Ls of MLCC, hence improve Q value and application frequency of samples
