摘要
为了使电源模块小型化,基于LTCC铁氧体工艺,通过理论计算和软件仿真,对DC/DC电源模块中的电感进行了改进设计。用LTCC内埋置电感代替了传统线圈,最终成品的体积和高度都大大减小,体积约为改进前的五分之一,效率达到80%,测试结果基本符合设计要求(10 W,3μH)。
In order to make the power module smaller, based on LTCC ferrite technology, the inductor in DC/DC power module was improved by theoretical calculation and software simulation. The traditional coil is instead through LTCC embedded inductors. The height of the product is limited greatly, the volume of the product is decreased by four-fifth. The test results meet the design requirements(10 W, 3 μH).
