高校奥运场馆赛后运营模型研究

Study on Operation Model of University Olympic Stadium after the Game

北京科技大学体育馆作为高校奥运场馆之一,其赛后利用具有代表性,该文以该馆为研究对象,通过对其进行实地考察,结合其特点,借鉴国内外相关奥运场馆的运营模式,提出了一些针对该馆运营的新构想,旨在提高其利用率,达到＂以馆养馆＂的目的。

The University of Science and Technology Beijing（USTB） Gymnasium is one of the Olympic venues which are built in the universities.It is representative regarding the post use of the Olympic venues.Therefore,combing with the characteristics of this venue and the business models of other Olympic venues at home and abroad,this paper shows some new ideas about the business model of the USTB Gymnasium aiming to carry out the diversified utilization.
