摘要
作者利用磁粉离合器和制动器的特性,开发了一种全数字式的张力控制系统。本文阐述了系统的设计思想和硬件、软件及接口电路的组成。试验证明此系统运行可靠、结构简单、投资少、张力控制精度高,适用于我国中小薄带旧轧机的技术改造,也可直接移植于印刷、造纸等行业。
Uiing the character of magnetic powder clutch and breaker, author have developed a full digital tensile control system. In this paper the design thought and composition of hardwire, softwire and interface circuit for system are discussed.Experiments have proved that the system is reliable in running, simple on structure, economical on equipment. It is available for the system to use for the technological innovation of old mills In our country. In the same time, it can be used in the field of printing, paper-making and so on.
