7月28日晚间，深圳发展银行（下称“深发展”）发布公告称，深发展关于发行股份收购平安银行股份的交易已正式实施完成，深发展成为中国平安保险股份有限公司（下称“平安”）旗下的控股子公司，平安银行成为深发展的控股子公司。
