The Effect of Strategy Flexibility on Firm Performance:The Moderating Effect of Organizational Ambidexterity

摘要 通过对274家企业的问卷调查,探讨了战略柔性对企业绩效的影响,以及双元性创新在此过程中的中介作用。研究表明,战略柔性不仅直接影响企业绩效,而且能够通过双元性创新间接影响企业绩效。最后,指出了研究的意义、研究局限和未来的研究方向。 The paper discusses the effect of strategy flexibility on firm performance, and the mod erating effect of organizational ambidexterity by measuring a sample of 274 enterprises. The results show that strategy flexibility promotes firm performance. The organizational ambidexterity has the part mediated role in the relationship between strategy flexibility and firm performance. The results of these studies provide a good research perspective and foundation for organizational ambidexterity and strategy flexibility theory.
