沼气建设及综合利用存在的问题与发展对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Biogas Construction and Comprehensive Utilization

介绍发展沼气的重要意义,分析沼气建设及综合利用存在沼气发展模式单一、沼气资源未能综合利用和沼气发展服务体系不健全等主要问题,提出加大沼气建设投资力度、有针对性发展沼气模式、建立完善沼气协会制服务体系和加强沼气资源综合利用研究与应用等进一步发展沼气的对策。

This paper introduced important significances of developing biogas,the problems lying in biogas building work were analyzed such as the simple rural biogas development model,uncomprehensive utilization of biogas resources and the imperfect service system.The countermeasures of biogas development were summarized,such as enhancing the government organizational leadership,increasing the investment,nichetargeting development patterns and developing biogas association to perfect the service system,etc.
