摘要
比较了不同复绿液对海带复绿效果的影响。结果表明,Zn(Ac)2复绿效果最好,其最佳复绿条件是:121℃下,海带在Zn(Ac)2浓度为1.0mmol/L的溶液中复绿5min。高温复绿工艺会破坏海带色素。以乙酐∶35%过氧化氢∶水=1∶1∶4的混合液对海带进行适度脱色,脱色过程中,乙酐加速了过氧化氢对叶绿素的氧化分解。结合海带脱色过程中色素提取液全波长扫描结果,在脱色初期的20min内,叶绿素的含量急速下降,脱色效果比较明显。
The effects of different solutions on green-recovering of laminaria were compared.The results demonstrated that Zn(Ac)2 had the best green-recovering effect,and the optimal parameters for green-recovering was that laminaria was soaked in 1.0mmol/L of Zn(Ac)2 aqueous solution for 5min at 121℃.But the high-temperature used in green-recovering progress could damage the pigments in laminaria.Mixed solution,in which the ratio of acetic anhydride,35% of hydrogen peroxide and water was 1∶ 1∶ 4,was used to decolor laminaria to a proper extend.The oxygenolysis of hydrogen peroxide towards chlorophyll was speed up by the addition of acetic anhydride during the process.The results of whole spectra scanning on laminaria pigments and the measurement of chlorophyll content during decoloration of laminaria showed that the content of chlorophyll was sharply decreased during the initial 20min.
